The front room needs to be severally upgraded. The fold out bed was hard as a rock to sit on and with the location of the couch/bed and the TV/dresser I don't think the bed would fold out anyway. The lighting, one stand alone lamp with a small bulb is totally inadequate to do any reading. Also the are not any end tables to place something on when sitting on the hard bed/couch. I brought the small table from the outside in to use as an end table. There was a quite a bit of noise from somewhere like a pump running. Someone in an adjacent room, I believe, left the fire place on over night and of course, it shuts down and then relights with a loud pop. At 2:30 AM it is louder than at 3:00PM. We did have a good time.

At check-in I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an A-frame cabin fully furnished and very nice!
When I discovered I didn't have any shampoo or coffee in the cabin (becasue I was expecting to stay in a mini suite in the lodge where these are provided), the staff were very accomodating by providing those ameneties for me.
When I asked for a late check-out, due to the conference going a little later than expected, they again were very accomodating.
I would highly recommend staying at The Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Eagle Crest!

We stay at Holiday Inns when we travel from one destination to another. We find the complimentary full breakfasts make the price of the hotel reasonable. When i booked the room on line, I was not aware that it was 5 miles out of Redmond and thus five miles out of our way. This location identifies itself as a resort and therefore did not provide breakfast which made our stay about $40 dollars more than we budgeted for it.(That includes the higher room rate and the price for breakfast)
