The service during check in was fantastic. Recognized elite members. got an upgrade. to improve is on the parking. i spoke to the guest relation regarding some reserve parking at the beach wing. she told me cannot reserve due to high occupancy. but to my surprise, i saw the reserved signage with other cars number plate. not so helpful, as when i talked to her, she requested me to talk to the security myself. the reason i ask for the parking is because my son is only 5 months old and try to reduce crossing the road. is this double standard?

On our very first night, we met Maria who gave us exceptional personal service when we had dinner. She also gave us shopping tips and made us feel very welcome in the hotel.
We enjoyed the singing group who were very knowledgeable about the latest hits. They encouraged group participation.
As a result, we spent every day's end relaxing at the lounge.
We also felt the value of being a platinum member as we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a fantastic
Panoramic view of the beach.

All the stay was very good except the Bill services was very bad never expected in holiday inn and never seen in similar hotel. I requested to pick up my bags from my two room waited for 30 min no body came and due to time constrain I took my six bag to the ground floor. This was very Bad.
